Marie is an Associate at ZEILER, specializing in international dispute resolution.

Marie is a Swiss qualified attorney. Prior to joining our firm, she worked in Geneva based boutique law firms, where she gained experience in complex cross-border litigation, as well as arbitration proceedings. She represented clients before Geneva courts in high-profile commercial litigation cases. She has experience with debt-enforcement and bankruptcy law, as well as with criminal and employment law matters.

Graduate of the University of Geneva, Marie has a true international profile. A Czech national, she studied in Switzerland, Germany, France and the Czech republic. During her studies, Marie participated in the 27th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, in which her team (University of Geneva) received honourable mention for the Memorandum for Claimant.

Result of her international experience, in addition to her native Czech, she’s fluent in English and French and has a working knowledge of German.
