Lisa Beisteiner is a partner at ZEILER and focuses on national and international dispute resolution, with a strong focus on international arbitration and litigation.

Lisa acts as counsel in disputes across all industries, recently including in particular disputes involving construction, the fields of energy and post-M&A disputes. She has acted under various rules, including the ICC, VIAC, UNCITRAL and ICSID Rules. Lisa also represents clients before Austrian courts in commercial and corporate matters.

Lisa also sits as arbitrator, including as chair of the tribunal and as sole arbitrator in a number of disputes, mainly under the ICC, VIAC and DIS Rules and on ad hoc panels.

Besides that, Lisa frequently lectures on dispute resolution at international and national conferences.

She was admitted to the Austrian bar in 2011 (with distinction) and certified mediator by ZivMediatG. She is a graduate of the University of Vienna (Mag. iur. 2005, Dr. iur. 2008), both with distinction.

Lisa works in English (fluent) and German (native), has good working knowledge in French and a solid Spanish.
